- After that add Boiled Dal Mash and mix it well and add 1/2 cup water, cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes..
- Now Open the lid and stir it and add Garam Masala Powder and mix it well..
- For baghar heat 1/4 cup ghee in a pan and add sliced onion when it turns golden add cumin seeds.
- Cook for 30 seconds and pour this on the cooked daal..
- Now your Fry Dal Mash is ready. Serve it with Green Chillies, Ginger Julian cut, Green Coriander and Lemon..
